Our mission

To support IUPUI's academic mission, the Purchasing Services Department, as a business agent of the university, creates a synergy in product and service procurement that employs effective, innovative methods to procure quality goods and services at a prudent cost. Our responsibility includes providing the university with policies that foster an ethical, responsive and efficient environment and that recognize our obligations to all internal and external constituencies.
